This will require the right candidate to have:

• A high level of customer service experience 
\n
• Attention to detail 
\n
• Reliable – a record of being on time 
  \n In this fast-paced environment -You need to be able to: 
  \n • Perform all necessary job duties – including vacuuming, mopping, polishing floors, dusting, taking trash out, cleaning bathrooms as well as all other custodial duties at a high level of customer service 
  \n • In addition you will be cleaning and decontaminating offices and labs 
  \n • Be able to stand, bend and lift to 25 pounds on an 8-hour shift
