The Bilingual Manager, Human Resources, supports senior leadership and HR Business Partners to implement initiatives and programs that align with organizational goals. Responsible for managing HR functions including talent management, employee relations, compliance, and training, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. Requires bilingual Spanish skills and experience in HR management within an industrial environment, working onsite in Aurora, CO.
JOB SUMMARY
Supports HRBP and senior leadership to successfully implement local initiatives, and execute regional and corporate programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Help to create an inclusive, collaborative environment to attract, develop, retain and engage talent throughout the organization to deliver business goals.
Full-time onsite in Aurora CO 80011 (NOT hybrid or remote)

Maintain proficiency in all current employee-related laws including: ADA, FMLA, Sexual Harassment, Title VII etc
Manage employee claims and litigation in conjunction with internal and external counsel
