Rapidly growing beauty startup is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand and trusted partner. This is an exceptional opportunity to support a visionary leader who is building a brand focused on wellbeing, innovation, and impact.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex operations in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll be at the center of the business, overseeing day-to-day priorities, driving key initiatives forward, and ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
The Founder is known for warmth, clarity, and creativity—this role will require a blend of sharp business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a calm, grounded presence.
