Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Manager in our Lexington, KY branch. The Facility is 190,000 sq. ft with direct oversight of 12+ warehouse associates, supporting 10+ Drivers, operating 1 shift from 7:00 am until work is complete in a WMS environment. Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership for the warehouse, promoting and driving safety daily, providing consistent communication, increasing quality in customer deliveries, driving high levels of inventory integrity, maintaining associate engagement, hiring, training and professional development of associates, leading and coordinating activities such as unloading, stocking, order selection, shipping, cycle counting, and final mile delivery services. Ensuring cleanliness, inventory integrity, security, and safety are also key duties. Qualifications include 5+ years' experience in distribution management supervising 20+ employees, strong background in warehouse operations, experience in WMS environment, leadership experience, excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, experience managing delivery drivers is a plus, Material Handling Equipment Certification, and proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations.
