Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Finance to join our team in Harrisonville, Missouri and Overland Park, KS. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively oversee both accounting and finance functions while driving business growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead month-end closing activities and produce accurate financial reports within established deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and refine financial processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and execute financial strategies that support business growth.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies in all financial operations.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering growth and a culture of excellence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Act as a key advisor to executive leadership on financial matters and business performance.
