Venmo Growth Strategy Team Position

We're looking for a world-class strategic thinker and operator to join our Venmo Growth Strategy team. You will be working closely with leaders across Venmo and PayPal to drive growth and delight our customers. In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of payments and influencing how consumers spend their money.

In your day-to-day you will:

• Think strategically: Develop ideas on how we can build the Venmo of the future, including a clear product vision and a strong overall value proposition for consumers.
• Deep dive into data: Leverage internal and external data to identify growth and experimentation opportunities to maximize user adoption of key products.
• Develop business cases: Identify, define, and size new opportunities to determine potential for revenue generation and customer adoption.
• Champion collaboration: Foster close partnerships with cross-functional teams like Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a cohesive and successful execution of new and existing initiatives.
