• Location: Burlington, MA (01805) – Massachusetts nursing jobs

• Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Medical-Surgical Telemetry
\n\t
• Contract Type: Travel RN contract
\n\t
• Start Date: December 1, 2025
\n\t
• End Date: February 28, 2026
\n\t
• Duration: 13-week travel assignment
\n\t
• Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)
\n\t
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights, 7a-7:30p & 7p-7:30a, rotating in 4-week blocks)
\n\t
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
\n\t
• Floating: May float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units in 4-hour blocks
\n\t
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,470 - $2,540
\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n\n

\n\t
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience
\n\t
• Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
\n\t
• BLS certification (AHA required)
\n\t
• ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications preferred
\n\t
• Epic EMR experience required
\n\t
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if no prior travel nursing experience
\n\t
• Ability to pass day-one clinical testing (Relias practice tests available)
\n

\n\nNursing Responsibilities\n\n

\n\t
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry setting
\n\t
• Float to various hospital units as needed, including ED holds, PACU, and other boarding units
\n\t
• Manage patient ratios between 1:3-5
\n\t
• Accurately document nursing care and assessments using Epic EMR
\n\t
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
\n\t
• Participate in rotating shifts and weekend coverage as scheduled
\n\t
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
\n
