Qualifications:

• Minimum of AA degree
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Residence in the San Mateo/San Francisco Bay Area
• Preferred: At least 2 years of current school-based experience
• Solid data collection skills
• Behavioral background experience
• Safety Care trained

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Support students at one school site, implementing strategies as directed by the Behavior Supervisor or Special Education teacher.
• Collect and document student data to monitor progress and facilitate communication with educators and parents.
• Maintain a professional and flexible attitude in interactions with students, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Assist specialists in preparing students for academic tasks, promoting social skills during recess and group activities.
• Ensure a positive and structured learning environment by maintaining excellent attendance and reliability.
