Job Description

An educational support role is available for a Bilingual Paraprofessional specializing in K-12 assistance. This contract position is based in Central Point, Oregon, and spans the full school year. The role focuses on supporting classroom instruction and providing tailored assistance to students, enhancing their learning experiences in a diverse educational environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting teachers with classroom management and instructional support
• Providing one-on-one and group support to students with various academic and behavioral needs
• Facilitating communication between students, staff, and families in both English and Spanish
• Supporting the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assisting with classroom preparation and organizational tasks to maintain a productive learning space
