Modern Mechanics – Town and Country is growing and looking for a driven and experienced Store manager- Assistant who wants to make a positive impact on their team and the clients they serve. We’ve built our reputation on having elite technicians, knowledgeable staff, and top-tier customer service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Store Manager- Assistant is a key leadership position within our organization. The Manager is responsible for the overall operations and success of the store, including leadership of the team, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Along with competitive pay, this position also come with the ability to earn added compensation with our bonus incentive program.

This role involves:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow
  
• Leading, coaching, and developing team members
  
• Managing scheduling, service writing, and workflow efficiency
  
• Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
  
• Meeting and exceeding business goals
  
• Collaborating closely with company leadership to drive success
  

Our shop is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM — weekends are yours to enjoy!

What You Bring

• 3+ years of leadership experience in an automotive or service environment
  
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
  
• Experience with service writing, scheduling, and customer relations
  
• Integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• A commitment to honesty and ethical business practices
  
• Clean driving record
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  
• Willingness to work occasional overtime when necessary
