Contract: W2, Contract

Duration: ~7 months

Location: Remote – US-based: Central hours

Pay Rate: $50-56/Hour based on experience


Brief Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Recruiter to join our clients Technology division. In this high-impact, fully remote role, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle technical recruiting—from requisition intake and sourcing through offer negotiation. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier technical talent to support critical Technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
  • Engage and attract talent through creative sourcing strategies across diverse channels.
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end, maintaining a high-touch, professional process.
  • Conduct salary and compensation negotiations, including experience with equity and immigration (H1B) matters.
  • Support hiring for senior and executive-level technology roles, including AI/ML and C-level recruitment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Deep experience recruiting in tech, including infrastructure, software development, AI/ML, and systems architecture.
  • Strong consultative and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with immigration processes and compensation structures involving equity/stock options.
  • Experience supporting executive stakeholders and C-level hiring initiatives.
