Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify peoples lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Using Docusigns Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

As the Senior Product Manager for Maestro, you'll drive the evolution of key workflow capabilities, including the tools available to our customers to digitize their agreement processes. Maestro enables organizations to streamline complex agreement workflows, integrate with third-party systems, and ensure compliance through automation.

This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, collaborating with engineering and design, and engaging with customers to ensure Maestro delivers best-in-class automation capabilities. You'll work with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to launch new agreement automation use cases to customers. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS product management, ideally experience designing and building no-code tools for non-technical audiences (e.g. citizen developers), and a strong track record of building products that span multiple components, features, and services.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring high-impact product features to market
  • Gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and analyze usage data to identify opportunities for improving Maestros capabilities
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption, go-to-market strategies, and customer success initiatives
  • Represent Maestro in internal and external engagements, evangelizing its value to customers, partners, and industry analysts
