We are seeking a dynamic senior change practitioner, advisor, and strategist to join our MDS Change Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a broad and deep understanding and experiences in change including working with business contacts to identify needs, providing coaching to leaders and teams on Change Management, creating the change vision and strategy, driving leader alignment, gathering voice of the stakeholder and other change environment information, identifying change impacts, advocating for and fostering stakeholder engagement, developing and delivering change communications, building skills and capabilities including creating training programs, supporting go-live and return to business-as-usual efforts, and defining sustainment programs. This role is multi-faceted, working with our Center of Excellence, supporting change effort on global projects, helping improve internal change team operations, building resources and tools for project and change team use, managing/developing team members, and driving consistency in change management execution. Resourcing and Change Coaching efforts are immediate focus areas for this role. This resource will work directly with both the Change Management Director and the CoE Lead. Responsibilities include managing the Change Management Operations application, working with business leaders to understand Change Management support needs, maintaining data and information about resourcing assignments and availability, managing the Change Management Coaching program, serving as a Change Management Coach to leaders and junior team members, working with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation, setting change strategies and plans, identifying and assessing change impacts and organizational readiness, evaluating cultural, behavioral, and mindset alignment, defining and executing strategic change and transformation interventions, building individual and organizational change capability, influencing through partnership and coaching, measuring and monitoring effectiveness of change strategies, and assisting with scoping and launching new change efforts. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field, 10+ years’ experience with end-to-end change management responsibilities preferably in a global program, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and preferred but not required Master’s degree, change management certification, and coaching experience/certification. Travel is infrequent as needed for team meetings. Work schedule is hybrid.
