As a Security Officer, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining order and safety at various locations. From greeting and assisting individuals to responding to incidents, your presence will help ensure a secure and welcoming environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is observant, dependable, and ready to take on a meaningful role—no prior experience required!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Standing Guard: Maintaining a visible presence and standing for extended periods to ensure safety.
- Client Interaction: Greeting and assisting individuals, de-escalating situations, and providing a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Policy Enforcement: Locking doors, following post orders, and ensuring all policies are adhered to on-site.
- Observations: Staying alert to identify and address anything that could impact security.
- Incident Response: Answering calls from dispatch and responding to troubled areas as needed.
- Reporting: Completing Daily Activity Reports (DARs) to document rounds, incidents, and ensure accountability.
