**Hybrid Onsite | 2 weeks per month in Merrimack NH**

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay: $55 - $60/hr W2

Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibilities for the Scrum Masters in this project include enabling effective performance of the team, tracking overall progress on project execution, reporting project-related metrics and status updates to stakeholders at regular intervals, managing dependencies and risks across teams, removing project impediments, and coordinating release management.

Experience Requirements

  • Candidates should have a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, expert proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management, and experience working on large-scale technology platform modernization initiatives.
  • The primary responsibilities for the Scrum Masters in this project include ensuring overall governance of the team, effectively managing project processes, reporting project-related metrics to all stakeholders at agreed intervals, tracking overall progress on project execution, managing dependencies and risks across teams, coordinating release management, and providing regular status updates.
  • Candidates should have a strong technical background and extensive experience in building enterprise digital capabilities, including proficiency in Agile methodologies, project management, and familiarity with enterprise-level digital transformation projects.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
