Summary

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for generating a high-quality sales pipeline for our Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers across the United States and Canada. You will engage with end users from top global brands and identify opportunities with key partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media).
  • Engage with end users and potential partners to introduce Eagle Eye Networks' solutions.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Report to the local head of USA MDRs, collaborating closely with sales teams.
  • Track and manage leads in a CRM system to maintain accurate records of outreach and progress.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to tailor outreach strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset for meeting goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and pipeline activities.
  • Candidate is based in Austin with the ability to work an in office schedule (5 days in office)
