What We're Doing

As part of our 21st Century Security vision, Lockheed Martin is investing in advancing multi-function sensing capabilities. Our Converged Sensors team is accelerating multi-function aperture and multi-function processing technologies through research, development, and demonstrations.

Who You Are

Our team is seeking a game-changing systems engineer to help develop and implement advanced digital signal processing algorithms within high-performance heterogeneous compute environments. In this role, you will serve as a Radio Frequency (RF) systems engineer on a product team dedicated to designing, prototyping, and demonstrating multi-function sensing systems.

What You Will Do (The Work)

• Collaborate with teams, prototype, and demonstrate multi-function sensor systems technologies
• Develop systems models, analysis, and tests for sensor systems and subsystems
• Test sensor systems and subsystems in lab and chamber environments

Desired Skills

• Functional knowledge of Radar, Electronic Warfare, and/or Communications systems
• Ability to support system analysis, requirements development, algorithm design, and/or software development
• Familiarity with signal processing and/or image processing techniques
• Applied knowledge of AI/ML techniques
• Proficiency in C++, MatLab, Python

Ability to Work Remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
