We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about helping people secure their financial futures. As a Retirement Specialist , you will assist LAUSD employees in understanding their pension options, benefits, and financial strategies to ensure a smooth transition into retirement.
Educate LAUSD employees on their retirement benefits, including CalSTRS and CalPERS.
Provide personalized consultations to help clients create a retirement plan that fits their needs.
Assist with paperwork and the retirement application process.
Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) and other digital tools to manage client interactions and documentation.
Stay informed on retirement policies and changes that impact LAUSD employees.
Conduct virtual or in-person meetings at your convenience.
Strong desire to help people retire with dignity and confidence.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, email, and other online applications.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
No prior financial or retirement planning experience required—training provided!
Commission-Based Pay – Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
