Gecko Hospitality is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a fast-paced, quick-service restaurant renowned for its fresh ingredients and lightning-fast service. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring fast, accurate, and high-quality service
• Oversee a team of up to 20 employees: hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence at all times
• Maintain food quality standards and oversee prep, production, and food safety
• Control labor and food costs by monitoring budgets and managing efficiency
• Conduct inventory management, ordering, and product storage to minimize waste and prevent loss
• Ensure outstanding guest service at every touchpoint—both in-store and for delivery
• Execute opening/closing procedures and ensure all systems and standards are followed
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly paperwork, including cash handling, food forecasts, and audits
• Lead by example—be prepared to step into any position as needed during peak hours

 

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of management experience in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on efficiency, service, and execution
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work a 50–55 hour work week
