Job Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.

* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
* Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
* Document project updates, issues, and best practices in project management tools.

Experience & Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
* PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across different teams and time zones.

Skills:
* Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
* Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to track key project metrics.
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
