Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Print Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our production environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in print production. This role is crucial for ensuring that our team meets production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

The position supervises:

• Production Lead
• Cover Print Operator
• Print Text Operator
• 3 Bindery Equipment Operators

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 – 5 years on print background
• No bachelor required (preferred). HS diploma or GED.
• Leadership In Print Environment

Cover Printing:

• Client Indigo 7K
• TEC Lighting TruCoat 16
• Perfecta 92TVC Cutter

Book Printing:

• ContiWeb CDN Unwider
• Weko Moisturizer
• Client T490M
• MM Sigma Folder III
• MM Sigma Collator
• MM Alegro Binder
• MM Solit Pro Trimmer
• MM CB 18 Book Stacker

Shift: (2nd shift: 2:15 pm – 10:45 pm) M-F . may work on some Saturdays if equipment goes down for service. Typically, only 5 hours.
