Job Description

Salary: $64,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 4 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience as a PLC Programmer, ideally in an industrial environment
• Skilled with PLC programming platforms such as Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, and Siemens
• Competence in HMI design and development applications
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Capability to collaborate within a team and liaise with multiple departments
• Familiarity with industrial processes, machinery, and control systems
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
• Compliance with all workplace safety and operational regulations
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems using various programming languages including Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block
• Design and maintain Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems in conjunction with PLC operations
• Collaborate with automation engineers to create and implement control solutions
• Diagnose and resolve PLC and HMI software issues to ensure peak system performance
• Maintain and enhance existing systems while providing post-implementation support
• Interpret and assess control system and HMI specifications
• Ensure all automated systems meet industry safety standards
• Work with team members and other departments on project execution
• Document and track revisions and updates to PLC and HMI programs
• Provide training and support to technical personnel and operators on system operation and troubleshooting
