Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $139,999.00/yr.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own campaign execution and strategy for our Google Ads while maintaining our CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Analyze and optimize complex marketing funnels to enhance conversion rates and user engagement. Define and measure KPIs to evaluate the success of our campaigns.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to determine optimal campaign setup.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like design and engineering to bring new campaigns to life.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid media and fintech to keep Fizz at the forefront of student financial solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in media buying.
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads - Search, App Ads, YouTube, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions based on CAC and ROAS goals.
  • Strong sense of action. You move decisively and create opportunities to improve our marketing efforts.
  • Strong understanding of in-app/web event setup and tracking.
  • Familiarity with SKAN limitations and how to measure performance in an IDFA-less environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to write SQL (basic joins) is a plus.
