Job Description
Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is looking to hire a Marketing Associate for our client in Ladson, SC. Our client is looking to build out their marketing team with a highly skilled, creative Marketing Associate who will be the liaison for the organization’s marketing departments as well as be responsible for outward, organizational messaging. We are seeking someone with a proven history of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a talent for building and developing ongoing relationships within the marketing space. This position will partner closely with the European office Marketing team to build a successful strategy in the US.
Responsibilities
· Implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive brand awareness.
· Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and more.
· Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
· Ability to communicate direction for creating, design, and delivery of marketing materials to support new product introduction, product updates, or range of serviced offered.
· Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns.
· Stay updated on trends, community insights, and local market changes, in a fast paced and changing markets.
· Create content, press releases, and news letters for the different product lines.
· Creating, measuring, and optimizing ad campaigns through direct analysis of results and data.
· Proficient technical writing skills with the ability to write, edit, and proofread new and existing content.
· Website content management to enhance and develop new strategies for the company brand.
· Analyze market data to determine the effectiveness of industry and product campaigns to lead to continued best in class communication.
· Development of other marketing material as assigned.
· Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, AA/B.A.
· 5+ years of marketing experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office use for data analysis and written communication.
· Experience with marketing analysis, paid advertising campaigns, and social media and marketing campaigns.
· Strong relationship skills.
· Must be able to work with a developing team and bring creative marketing strategies to this role.
· Exceptional communication skills, listening, written and verbal.
· Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
