To perform grounds maintenance duties for a high-rise apartment building. The position is responsible for the maintenance work assigned by the Property Manager. These tasks include:

Salting & snow removal, salting for extended periods of time. Summer lawn maintenance, planting flowers, and maintaining shrubs during the possibility of extreme heat. Assist in curbside garbage collection, and interior & exterior litter collection. Interior building cleaning as needed.

Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years experience required

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Equipment Operated/Used:
Power tools, Security systems, Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments), Snowblowers, Swimming pool maintenance, and cleaning equipment

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance/No criminal record

Own Tools/Equipment: All tools and uniforms provided

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem-solving, Critical thinking, Physically fit

Job Type: Full-time and on-call duties

Salary: 30K plus accommodations.
