Job Summary:
A-STAFFING, INC. is seeking a Network Engineer proficient in Japanese to join their team in Torrance, CA. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting servers, workstations, and networks, providing both remote and on-site support, and managing various IT infrastructure components.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and networks
• Provide remote and on-site support
• Configure and manage Windows Server, backup/UPS systems, and other infrastructure
• Set up data migration, email, printers, and applications for workstations
• Diagnose and build networks, repair PCs and laptops
• Manage domains, DNS, and email servers
Qualifications:
Required:
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Proficient in both English and Japanese
• California driver's license
Preferred:
• 1+ year of practical experience in the Windows environment (Server 2016/2019/2022, Workstation 10/11)
• Experience in network construction (routers/firewalls, wireless, printers, etc.)
• Troubleshooting and repair of Windows Server and Workstation, virus removal, and various environment setups
• Troubleshooting in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11, and experience setting up various environments
• Experience managing Hyper-V and VMware
• Technical expertise in firewalls and security-related areas
• Experience in domain/DNS and email management
• Linux server management experience
• Experience in building and managing Azure and AWS environments
