Shift: 4 days on / 4 days off

Location: Alum Bank, PA

Pay rate starts at $16/hr. Placement: Contract to hire

About the Role:

We're hiring Fabrication Technicians to support our finishing department. This entry-level role is perfect for hands-on workers ready to learn and grow. You'll help build and finish fiberglass structures by packing, crating, drilling, sealing, and cutting materials using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and crate fiberglass products
• Drill holes, apply handles, and seal ends
• Make angle cuts using a chop saw
• Use nail guns, drills, and other hand tools
• Work as part of a fabrication team

What You Bring:

• Ability to pass a tape measure test
• At least 3 months of experience in production, construction, or manufacturing
• Comfortable using hand tools like drills, wrenches, hammers, and nail guns
• Mechanical aptitude and reliability are a plus

Work Environment:

You'll work in a fiberglass facility that can be itchy and have a strong odor. The plant runs 24/7, and you'll rotate through night shift schedules. Be ready for a hands-on, industrial setting.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
