Were currently hiring a Licensed Insurance Representative Super Star!
This is an in-office position based in our Babylon, NY agency.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for clients by phone and in person
• Process policy changes, payments, billing questions, and claims support
• Build relationships and identify client needs to offer the right coverage solutions
• Educate clients on coverage and cross-sell when appropriate
• Follow up on leads , make outbound calls, and assist with closing sales
• Keep the office organized, upbeat, and client-ready at all times

What Were Looking For:

Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
Strong communication & multitasking skills
A positive, team-first attitude and genuine desire to help people
Dependable, self-motivated, and coachable
Confident working with clients and turning conversations into opportunities
