Industrial Production Spray Painter

Job description:

This position is a great opportunity for someone who is an attentive, fast learner, and desires to work independently within the team effort.

Follow appropriate safety standards operating procedures and verbal instructions.

Must be capable of:

• 
  Component(s) Preparation: sanding, tumbling, deburr as needed, and degrease.
• 
  Finish paint to industry specification.
• 
  Keep paint booth and equipment clean and orderly.
• 
  Scan in/out of work orders to include accurate data entry of total number of components completed daily.
• 
  Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by supervisor.
• 
  Excellent attendance.

To be considered for the job you must:

• 
  Cerakote paint: possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the preparation and spray paint of metal parts.
• 
  Expected to comply with all safety rules and to exercise caution in all work activities.
• 
  Must have good organizational skills.
• 
  Attention to detail.
• 
  Be 18 + years of age.
• 
  Pass background check and drug screening.
• 
  Commitment to long term employment opportunity.
• 
  Following verbal and written instructions as provided by supervision.
• 
  Self starting initiatives when performing the workday assignment.
• 
  Focusing on tasks with minimal co-worker interaction (socializing on the clock is not acceptable).
• 
  Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  Safety first mindset includes self-preservation, securing workspace and surroundings assuring co-workers safety while performing machine operator.

Benefits:

This is a full-time, hourly position with scheduled hours Monday-Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pm. We also offer an excellent health benefit package including medical, dental and vision. Full-Time employees also receive PTO and paid Holidays.
