Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Forklift Operator 1st shift to join their team. As a Forklift Operator 1st shift, you will be part of the operations department supporting warehouse and production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator 1st shift

Location: Woodstock, AL

Pay Range: $16.00

Shift: First shift

What's the Job?

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to move materials within the facility
• Perform rework of finished goods as needed
• Assist with yard clean-up and maintain a tidy work environment
• Manually fill, seal, and case pack finished goods bags
• Hand palletize cases or bags for shipment or storage

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic math skills for inventory and packing tasks
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Use of PPE including hard hat, glasses, ear protection, safety boots, and gloves
• No prior experience required; training provided
