Outpatient family practice with a physician-led, integrated health care organization.

Key Details

1. 28, 32, or 36 patient contact hours (25% virtual), plus 4 hours paid administrative time.
2. Robust support staff includes in-box coverage when off or away.
3. Well-developed EMR and virtual visit tools to support providers and patients.
4. In-house lab and x-ray facilities.
5. Osteopathic manipulation interest and skills welcome; equipment provided.
