ES Solutions Firm is excited to announce our expansion into the Pest Control world! We are proud to be partnering with a national Pest Control leader and remain committed to providing a customer-focused experience that delivers accessible pest control solutions in a simple, convenient manner. Now more than ever, we are dedicated to providing consumers with solutions that will cost less and deliver more. 

Due to high demand and a growing need to support client contracts in the Orlando area, we are expanding our Customer Service team. The Customer Service Specialist will schedule appointments with qualified consumers, acquire and present extensive knowledge of pest control solutions, and secure ongoing business relationships on behalf of ES Solutions. Entry Level Customer Service Specialists will be allowed to work closely with upper management and seasoned national trainers to receive thorough classroom training and education in all departments. As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be given the responsibility of increasing brand awareness as the trusted face of our company, paving the path for future upward mobility.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compelling and informative presentations to homeowners, property managers, and business owners about the benefits of our pest control services.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Assess customer needs and tailor pest control solutions to meet their specific requirements, ensuring a personalized approach for each client.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our pest control services and solutions, including treatment methods, safety protocols, and environmental impact, to effectively educate and inform potential customers.
