Must be commutable to Camden County, NJ. Our client is seeking an experienced Email Developer to join their team for a long-term contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience writing, designing, and coding emails from start to finish. This position will start with a 1-year contract. Candidates must be able to work onsite 5 days a week for the first 90 days. After that, it’s 3 days a week onsite in Camden, NJ. Responsibilities: Deploy customer-facing email campaigns; build workflows in the email marketing platform, modify templates, upload email templates, facilitate content review, and enable deployment. Deploy employee and Ambassador email campaigns; manage audience lists, upload templates, and facilitate content review. Proofread and click-proof all customer-facing email and SMS communications during live proofing. Audit recurring scheduled campaigns monthly to ensure content is up-to-date and workflows function correctly. Maintain reports of campaign performance metrics. Provide campaign metrics and analysis to stakeholders and the Relationship Marketing team upon request. Document processes to develop technical training materials. Develop ideas for new email & SMS campaigns by researching competitor programs and best practices. Required Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in marketing. 3+ years in marketing or communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Self-starter with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Strong documentation skills. Creative problem solver, perseverant when faced with barriers. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Works well under pressure and tight deadlines, adaptable to pivot as needed. Additional Preferred Skills: Experience in email/SMS marketing. Experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Manager. Project management experience or coursework.
