• Transport workers on various levels of a building
• Maintain clear communication with workers on different levels to coordinate movements and ensure smooth operations
• Regularly inspecting the elevator for any issues, reporting any problems
• Ensuring all work performed in accordance with relevant safety codes and regulations

**Qualifications:**

• Must have an active Elevator Lift Certification
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions
• Able to work in hot and cold environments
• Capable of lifting equipment over your head, working overhead for extended periods of time, and climbing ladders
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
• Position may require a drug screen
