Qualifications:

1. 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management in Fintech, with leadership experience.
2. Experience in financial operations, payments, and AI automation.
3. Proven success in product growth and strategy execution.
4. Ability to work cross-functionally with distributed teams.
5. Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
6. Knowledge of agile methodologies and user-centered design.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Experience mentoring product managers.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
