Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next opportunity in the Cleveland area ?

We’re partnering with a well-established General Contractor who is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to join their growing team.

This company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across Northeast Ohio. They pride themselves on integrity, teamwork, and building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
• Coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality standards
• Communicating with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
• Leading project meetings and managing documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven ability to run ground-up and/or renovation projects (retail, office, mixed-use, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
