Based in Raleigh, NC, we specialize in customer support solutions and are searching for attentive individuals to help manage SAT test administrations. This contract role offers flexible scheduling, making it an excellent option for those seeking occasional parttime work.

About The Role

You will be part of the team ensuring SAT exams are conducted fairly and securely. Key tasks include verifying student identification, overseeing testing rooms, upholding exam protocols, and assisting with any logistical needs.

Tasks You May Perform

• Lead Proctor: Supervise the entire testing room, guide the support team, and ensure that all rules are followed exactly.
• Room Monitor: Help with checkin, monitor students during the test, and maintain a quiet, orderly environment.
• Hallway Monitor: Supervise student movement, manage scheduled breaks, and oversee student dismissal after testing.
• Technical Support Helper: Assist with minor troubleshooting issues such as connecting to WiFi or fixing browser problems.
• Crowd Flow Assistant: Greet students and their families, direct participants to the right areas, and help manage entry processes.

What Were Looking For

• You must be 18 years old or older.
• Dependability and professionalism are a must.
• No testing experience neededtraining will fully prepare you.
• A working smartphone and a personal laptop, tablet, or Chromebook are required.
• Clear communication skills.
