Data Entry Clerk: Harmon, Illinois

Our customer in Harmon, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re hiring Data Entry Clerks to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

• Enter and update data in internal systems with speed and accuracy.
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any issues.
• Verify and cross-check information for accuracy.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Generate reports, retrieve data, and perform database queries as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all information.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization.
• Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements.
• Maintain logs of completed work.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Data Entry Clerk Requirements and Qualifications:

• Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay for Data Entry Clerk: $15/hour.

Data Entry Clerk Benefits:

• Health and dental after 30 days (no cost to employee).
• Paid time off after 1 year (1 week and 3 days sick leave).
