Join to apply for the Community Engagement Lead role at Advantice Health Full-Time | Hybrid (Must be local to Bridgewater, NJ) The Advantice Health Social + Community Team (aka The VIBE) is looking for a social-savvy, skincare-obsessed Community Engagement Lead to help spark meaningful conversations across our brand portfolio (Amlactin, Kerasal, Triple Paste, Dermoplast, and New Skin). Actively engage in real time – monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions across all brand channels (Amlactin, Kerasal, Triple Paste, Dermoplast, New Skin) Jump into trending conversations with a brand POV to expand reach and brand visibility Identify and track user-generated content (UGC) for potential brand features and collabs Track FAQs, sentiment, and engagement themes to inform brand strategy Support social scheduling, reporting, and analytics Assist with light content creation (e.g., captions, social copy, UGC requests, visuals) Help improve community management workflows and tool usage Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing (beauty, skincare, and Gen Z experience a plus) Passion for social media, community building, and creating engaging content Strong communication and writing skills with a knack for brand voice Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Later) Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (bonus: Reddit, Pinterest) Organized, responsive, and proactive with strong attention to detail Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits and 401k company match A company with incredible growth potential Room to grow, be heard, and make a real impact A culture of radical collaboration, team camaraderie, and a tradition of celebrating results Hybrid flexibility Advantice Health is a dynamic consumer health company that's passionate about improving skin and nail health through science-backed, expert-loved solutions.
