Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to support the Digital Risk & Compliance transformation, in the broader context of Client Digital transformation
• Develop clear, engaging content for various communication channels to inform stakeholders about changes, benefits, and implementation timelines
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align communication plans and tailor communications accordingly (e.g., in Cyber Security,
• Risk & Compliance, the Digital function, Global Quality teams)
• Maintain the internal DRC SharePoint site and Viva Engage communities
• Create and maintain communication materials including presentations, newsletters, and digital content
• Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust approaches as needed Change Management:
• Adapt the design of and implement Digital Risk & Compliance’s transformation change management strategy
• Collaborate closely with the Training and Knowledge
• Management team to ensure a cohesive communication, change management and education approach to promote adoption of new processes and systems
• Identify potential resistance points and develop strategies to address concerns
• Define and measure indicators for change management and transformation
• Support change readiness assessments and develop targeted interventions

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Change Management, Communication, Digital Risk, PORSCI
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in communications and/or change management roles
• Proven track record in supporting organizational transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
• Change management certification (PROSCI)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in stakeholder management across different organizational levels
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language
• Experience working in a global, multicultural environment
• Project management skills
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance processes
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives
