Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

This role is a key leadership position responsible for shaping and executing Demandbase's global security strategy, safeguarding products, infrastructure, and data, and leading a high-performing security team.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving enterprise-wide security initiatives, including product security and IT.
• Developing and implementing a risk-based security strategy.
• Leading and mentoring security teams across disciplines.
• Ensuring compliance with global security standards and regulations.
• Partnering with engineering to embed security into development processes.
• Engaging with executive leadership and external stakeholders on security matters.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years in information security, with 5+ years at the VP/CISO level in SaaS or tech companies.
• Expertise in securing multi-tenant SaaS applications in cloud environments.
• Proven experience in managing global compliance initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCISO, or equivalent.
