Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

$200,000-$325,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Greater Phoenix, AZ (on-site)

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with business leaders to align financial insights with strategic objectives and decision-making
• Develop financial models for scenario planning and forecasting to support business growth
• Provide strategic M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration support
• Translate financial data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic outcomes
• Preferably experienced in human capital-driven industries over asset-intensive sectors

Requirements:

• CPA required
• 10+ years of accounting experience required
• PE experience preferred

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
