Genesis10 is currently seeking a Change Manager with a leading client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a part time on-site contract position. Responsibilities: Partner with executive sponsors, project teams, and functional leaders to develop change management strategies aligned to business goals. Develop actionable and targeted change management plans — including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management. Map and assess key stakeholders across the organization; tailor messaging and support plans based on role, impact, and influence. Act as a liaison between project teams and business units to ensure clear two-way communication. Create compelling change narratives, talking points, and communication cascades. Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan Support the development of learning content, training plans, job aids, and other enablement materials to support adoption. Consult & coach senior leaders and people managers on their role as change sponsors and communicators. Facilitate workshops, listening sessions, and readiness assessments. Define success metrics and monitor adoption progress. Identify risks to change adoption and course-correct as needed. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation roles Deep understanding of change management principles, frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR), and best practices Strong EQ and communication skills — able to connect with frontline staff and senior executives alike Experience leading change in dynamic, complex environments (ideally including digital transformation or re-platforming efforts) Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to fluid situations Ability to create materials and communications that resonate (you don't need to be a graphic designer, but storytelling matters) Preferred Experience: Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) Experience in SaaS, healthcare IT, or regulated environments Familiarity with agile program delivery, OKRs, or portfolio management Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
