Capital Remodeling is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our Outside Sales Consultants by managing appointments, handling customer communications, and contributing to lead generation and administrative efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm and dispatch appointments to Outside Sales Consultants.
• Handle inbound calls and convert web-based inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Follow up on previous appointments that were not completed and reschedule as needed.
• Conduct client surveys with existing customers.
• Participate in lead generation projects as assigned.
• Perform general office administration tasks and provide support to the broader team.

Compensation: $15 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Previous call center, appointment setting, or administrative experience is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems preferred.
