We are seeking a seasoned Auto Dealership Body Shop Manager to lead our skilled team of body technicians and support staff. This individual will oversee daily operations in our high-performing body shop, ensuring quality repairs, efficient workflow, and exceptional customer service. • Oversee daily operations of the body shop, managing workflow, scheduling, and productivity
• Ensure high-quality repairs that meet safety and manufacturer standards
• Coordinate with insurance companies and customers for timely and accurate repair approvals
• Monitor inventory and equipment to ensure shop readiness and efficiency
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Drive continuous improvement by coaching staff and optimizing processes

• Proven experience in auto body repair management or a senior leadership role in a body shop
• ASE Certification strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of collision repair techniques, materials, and tools
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to resolve conflicts, motivate team members, and uphold performance standards
