Are you an attorney looking for a fresh start or eager to launch your career in Personal Injury law? Our expanding Personal Injury department is seeking a *Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney* to join our dynamic and supportive team.

*Responsibilities:*

* Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from sign-up through resolution.
* Communicate regularly and clearly with clients to guide them through each stage of their case.
* Gather and evaluate evidence, medical records, and documentation relevant to claims.
* Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and development.
* Prepare cases for litigation where necessary and support litigation team as needed.
* Maintain accurate records, timelines, and progress updates for each case.
* Uphold the firm’s commitment to client care, empathy, and professionalism.

*Qualifications:*

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
* Admission to the Nevada State Bar in good standing
* *Fluent in Spanish (MUST)*
* No prior Personal Injury experience required — we will train the right candidate!
* Strong communication skills, compassion, and willingness to learn
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and client-focused

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
