The Associate Director, Patient Support Services Analytics & Reporting will be responsible for leading analytics and reporting of Patient Support Services (PSS) metrics and performing analyses on PSS programs and projects. This individual will be an integral partner to the US Rare Diseases PSS leadership team, supporting patient journey, conversion, adherence analyses as well as providing insights. In addition, this individual will be responsible for proactively identifying areas of opportunity through use of PSP, SP (Specialty Pharmacy), and claims data. This position reports to Senior Director, PSS Analytics & Reporting.

Design, develop, and measure key performance indicators (KPI) associated with patient services strategies, tactics, and programs. Lead development, production, and maintenance of KPI dashboards for the SPC PSS team. 35%
Act as strategic partner to the SPC patient services leadership in key activities, such as brand planning, performance reviews, product launches, and assessment of new initiatives. 35%
Coordinate with data management to ensure insights are based on reliable, high-quality information. 10%
