Assist property manager with various tasks; manage waiting lists (send out applications; screen applicants; send vacancy notices; set up interviews); review tenant balances monthly; communicate with attorneys, residents, vendors, site supers, insurance companies, etc; open/distribute mail; answer phones; filing/scanning/copying ; schedule contractors; assist with special projects.
