Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to help achieve Intuit’s goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language. Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing the Intuit brand through exceptional customer service. Comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
